New CI from YuKongA/Updater-KMP Version: v1.6.2-1833033 (588) Commit message: app: add Rust runtime version to XMS query getXmsVer omitted options.rustRV, so the server withheld Rust-variant system apps (e.g. gallery, weather) and the returned package list fell short of pkgCnt. Send rustRV (default 1.3.0), read it from rust.runtime_version when filling from the current device, and expose it as an input field. Add an "advanced options" toggle in the top-right menu that reveals the code name, carrier and Rust runtime fields, hidden by default. Drop the unused csv parameter from the getXmsVer request.
